WARNING! Do not purchase your next vehicle from this Company! Because if you do, you will be introduced to a far-better car-buying experience then you have probably ever experienced before….. After reading (and still not really believing the glowing reviews on this establishment), I decided to se...e for myself if any of it was really true. And to my surprise, it was exactly what I too experienced at Carville’s! From start to finish, they really do take care of you, as if you’re family. And it starts with the Sales Manager James and is employed by everyone else at the dealership….at least, with those that I personally interfaced with, including Jason, their Title Clerk! And I would be completely remiss, if I did not add a special shout-out to Michael (Smitty), their Service Manager. From the very first time I was introduced to this VERY helpful individual, he was an invaluable asset toward helping me realize that I was making the right decision to purchase my vehicle from Carville’s! Although and obviously extremely busy with other company related matters, he went out of his way to make himself available to answer and provide various levels of support, including helping me learn everything about the vehicle that I was purchasing and its worthiness as an investment at this time. No doubt, Smitty will continue to grow in his role at Carville’s, making an even bigger impact there as time goes by! PS, I rarely write reviews for company’s, but in this case, it was warranted and necessary. Keep up the great job everyone! Show more

We came to Carville’s Auto Mart looking for a fuel efficient car. Luis greeted us right when we got out of our car and listened to exactly what we were looking for. If you`re coming to this location, ask for Jerry and Brandon you will not be disappointed! They both remained professional and courteous. These two gentlemen were informative on the different options of vehicles that were within my budget. I really did appreciate how patient they were throughout the... entire process. Jerry literally hand washed my brand new truck and Brandon went over it to make sure there were no smears. That nice gesture surprised me and I drove off the lot happy as I could be, and my ride was too clean. No regrets and glad I worked with these two to get me the best deal. I would recommend them simply because I had a budget in mind, I wanted a certain truck, and I wasn’t forced to quickly decide. Jerry/Brandon were both cool, calm, collected, and the car shopping experience was good overall. I recommend them both as a team or individually. I was looking for a car and someone at work recommended this dealer. I was kind of afraid to get a “shark” car seller who usually put a lot of pressure to buy anything from them. Then, I was kindly welcomed by Nick, a young guy who honestly surprised me with his knowledge and great suggestions t...o find my right vehicle. He was very patient and friendly and gave me the confidence to work with him.
