I just bought a car here, and I love it. Steve got me in the door by following up my original info request with an email detailing all the vehicles they had in my price range/size/year. Unfortunately, Steve didn’t get to be my salesman due to a health reason, but the sale got completed noneth...eless. Thanks! Show more

I really enjoyed being able to get a vehicle with them. While the customer service experience could have been a whole lot better. However day two of working with them I had a different sales person to finish helping me and she was amazing.

Thanks for my dream car. ???????? Phill was our guy and he was great. But don’t let the service guys cut corners. Busted on trying to skimp out on fixing the bumper the right way. And buffing out the head lights. They did not buff out the fog lights.

For the most part I am pretty happy with my husbands and my car, however there where times I felt like I was getting the run around when something needed to be fixed on the car! I’d eaither hear back from them or not at all! Sometimes I feel they aren’t always upfront about things or they forgot...ten about it! But over all pretty good experience! I wish I could give a better review because I do like my car, but customer service could be better! Show more

The dealership has improved tremendously since we bought from them years ago. They have a great selection and have the cars detailed nicely! Great experience! Steve Snyder was awesome! Carvilles should hold on to him as he made the experience enjoyable!
