Located right here in Grand Junction, James M. Robb State Park has a firm hold on our city\u2019s recreational opportunities. The park is split into five different sections around Grand Junction, and offers everything from fishing to birding and even camping!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
If you\u2019re looking for an experience closer to the water, head up to Highline Lake State Park in nearby Loma. You\u2019ll find one of the best boating spots in Colorado, and there aren\u2019t many parks that get you closer to the wildlife than this one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
For some added elevation you can\u2019t go wrong with Vega State Park, on the edge of Grand Mesa National Forest. Due to its beautiful location it\u2019s great for camping, boating and hiking, and there are even archery lessons coming up soon!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
