\n13-year-old Delaney Clements was diagnosed with neuroblastoma at the age of 8. Since then, she\u2019s been undergoing treatment and now she\u2019s expected to go into hospice care.
\nDecember 9, Delaney\u2019s mom posted a message on Facebook stating Delaney was complaining of headaches and her head was tender in multiple spots. After an MRI, two tumors were discovered in her head. Now, Delaney will have to undergo five days of radiation to help relieve the pressure from the tumors.<\/p>\n
Delaney\u2019s one wish, she wants nothing more than to meet Taylor Swift. The community of Grand Junction has jumped onboard with the hashtag campaign #DelaneyMeetTaylor to help this effort.
